Anna Coyle is the Director of Product for Carelon Global Solutions in Ireland. She leads product development and team building, dedicated to unearthing new ways to lower the cost of care, improve provider access, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In her role, Anna leads a product team within the research and development hub. Her areas of focus span understanding customer needs, identifying critical problems, simplifying processes, improving provider access, enabling innovations, and developing new product features.
Previously, Anna led the development of a platform that quantified supply chain risk for clients in the U.S. food industry. A lifelong learner, she has a master’s in data and analytics and is currently pursuing another master’s in product management.
