Rajesh has extensive experience leading teams in the healthcare, banking, insurance, and finance sectors. Rajesh’s expertise lies in microservices, monolithic application modernisation, agile methodologies, and strategic leadership.
Prior to Carelon Global Solutions, Rajesh was the Director of Software Engineering at Glass Lewis.
Rajesh holds a master's in computing from The Open University and an Advanced Project Management certification from Stanford University.
